I SERIOUSLY WANT TO KISS YOU!! I mean, hi...sorry for not uploading much, but I do my best to get better at drawing 
(I'm starting to get nervous whenever I try to upload...that and I always feel like there's some mistakes that I want to fix but no! Stop me please!!)
Plus it's been a long time since I drew Kiyo in a skirt so this is an excuse to make one heheh...I'm so sorry Kiyo-baby~ ;A;
But I still want to make more designs on you cause you look freakin' cute and there's no other male character that I cantorture ¬¬ I mean you're special and I love you...*ahem*
